2011 Flu Clinic Schedule         

The Elyria City Health District has concluded all of its scheduled flu clinics for 2011.
Flu vaccinations for kids (birth to 18 years) will continue to be available during our regularly scheduled pediatric vaccination clinics.  Click here for pediatric clinic schedule.
