College Immunizations

To help protect the college-bound student from illness and disease, the Elyria City Health District provides the recommended and/or required immunizations needed to enter college.

For students age 18 and under, most vaccinations (Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis B) may be obtained by attending our Pediatric immunization clinics.  Students age 18 and over may attend our Adult immunization clinics.

For meningitis vaccine, an appointment may be required.  During the spring and summer months, special clinics are held just for meningitis vaccination.  Please call for an appointment.
