Pediatric Immunization Clinics
Immunization clinics for children are held as follows:
The first Wednesday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Elyria City Health District - 202 Chestnut Street
The third Saturday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Elyria City Health District - 202 Chestnut Street
The fourth Thursday of each month from 2:30 p.m. to 6:00 pm at Elyria Public Library - 1194 West River Rd. North (NOTE: Chickenpox vaccine is NOT routinely administered at this clinic. Please call the health department to request chickenpox vaccine to be given at this clinic.)
No appointment is necessary. Clients must sign in upon arrival and are seen on a first come - first served basis. Cost of each immunization is $10.00. Ohio Medicaid and Medicaid HMOs are accepted. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents must bring the child's immunization record. Call 323-7595 for more information.

NO child is turned away for inability to pay for vaccine.
Important: Remember to bring your child's immunization record. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
